Algarve-Watersport School We offer top quality courses, daytrips and rentals for Surfing, Kiteboarding and Wakeboarding. If you stay somewhere at the Algarve between Lagos and Albufeira and would like to be picked up for a surf-trip to the West-Coast, catch big-air with a wakeboard in front of meia praia or would like to get into kitesurfing, the fastest growing watersport of the millennium... we are specialized in boardsport on water and we will pick you up anywhere from Albufeira to Sagres.
This season we open our new camp house. The kite house is located in a quiet town area of beautiful Lagos and a good choice if you are looking for an inexpensive, hostel style place to stay. The beach is only 10 minutes by foot, the kite lagoon only 10 by camp shuttle. The house has five double or dorm- bedrooms and a cosy lounge, wifi-broad band internet, cable TV and tons of Surf/Kite/Wake DVDs. You can fix your own meals in the well equipped kitchen, fire up the BBQ in the patio or hang out in and on the pool. If you rather eat out you will find a great variety of inexpensive restaurants and snack bars in the center of town only a 10 minute walk from the kite house. Lagos is the party capital of the Algarve, the scene is very international. For many Aussies, Kiwis and Canadians Lagos is a place they have to visit and party when in Europe, and they do that very well!
If it happens that the algarve dose not have the right wind conditions... the Mastercraft X-Star, the official towing boat of the x-games will be waiting for some great wakeboard action 5 min away.
